TIRED

I think I am really getting old. After going KTV with Hq they all on Wednesday, I was like a ZOMBIE yesterday and a DEAD CORPSE today. I'm just so tired. Age is really catching up on me... Anyway, the 3 girls are damn disgusting. They actually took off yesterday while I went to work as usual. I just can't take Urgent leave or off being a CSM. I guess even if I'm very sick tomorrow, I still got to drag my body to office to handover my branch keys. Sad life, isn't it?

Anyway, I had a REALLY BAD BAD BAD BAD day at work yesterday. I was really upset. Even up till now, I'm quite very upset. Sigh. I guess I probably need a break from work and perhaps, everything will be okay when I am back.

I shall look forward to my break next week... (though I am still feeling very sian that I got to go back office on Monday Morning from Pasir Ris).

What the hell...

I've planned to go on block leave from this Saturday onwards, but as usual, due to some unforeseen circumstances, I cannot take block leave this time round. In fact, there is no way I can clear block leave by end of this year. Sigh. I still have about 14 days leave to clear by end of this year. However, looking at the leave schedule, the most I can clear is another 7 days? ARGH!

The moral of the story is, I am going to clear my block leave by June next year!

Surprises!

I didn't sleep well last night. I kept on waking up (I think I woke up at least 3 times in the night!) and to make things worst, I dreamt of WORK. Sigh. As such, I'm quite tired today. But, I told myself I must still go to work with a positive mindset!

And Efy gave me a box of Chocz chocolates in the morning! It was a lovely surprise. I simply love CHOCOLATES! Yummy! Her chocolates have definitely brightened up my day!

Anyway, it seems like my top management enjoys giving POSITIVE SURPRISES to us recently. Last thursday, my CEO sent a BIG BIG parcel to us and his instruction was to open it TODAY @ 6.30pm. And Mdm had sent a box of mooncakes to us this evening. Earlier on, she had sent some pastries to us on Saturday. Whatever, it's really great receiving all these surprises from them! =p

I'm looking forward to eat the mooncakes in branch!

Some Reflections...

A common mistake which most woman will commit in any relationship is we tend to forget the very basic reason why do we love our Man in the first place.

Before getting into a relationship, we find ourselves falling in love with our Man as he is committed to work and loyal to friends. We find him to be charming when he is focused on his work. But, things change when we get into relationship with him. We tend to complain when our Man does not spend enough time with us or spend too much with his friends. But, shouldn't we constantly remind ourselves that his commitment to work is the very reason why we fall in love with him in the first place?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO BAO

It's Bao's birthday again!

For a change, instead of going K Garden or DETOX, we decided to go Bar Stop. It's quite a nice place @ devonshire road with live band. As the drinks are not that cheap, we have a hard time choosing what to order. In fact, we took almost an hour to order Martell!

The Handsome birthday boy. (For your information, he is still single. Though he can be irritating at times by saying I am fat and short, he's a good friend and he is very committed to relationship. He will make a good boyfriend! Any interested parties can SMS me!

When we left Bar Stop, it was only 2pm! But, we had nowhere else to do, so somebody sugguested to go for supper and we went to Bishan for Prata.

By the time I reached home, it was already 4pm.

Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget.

I'm glad that I have them as friends...

Crabs...

Conrad Hotel

Last Saturday, my sister had booked a hotel room at Conrad Hotel to celebrate her birthday. As a service staff, I was impressed by the good service of the receptionist. She's friendly and she is really helpful to explain everything to us. She even brought us up to our room!

When I first saw the bed, I was really excited!

The bed is really very comfortable!! COOL!

A complimentary duckie, teddy bear and a box of chocolates! The chocolates are nice!

They wanted to go swimming, but I didn't bring my swim wear, so I can only read my book by the poolside.

The most amazing thing is, they even wished Happy Birthday to my sister and gave her a BIG BOX of chocolates! Cool. They really make it to be such a memorable stay for my sister and brother in law.

I simply love staying in Singapore hotels. Hope that I would get to stay over in a 5 stars hotel soon!

Happy Birthday to my Dear Sister

Today is my beloved sister's birthday! My whole family went to AMK for our favourite crabs. As usual, there was a long queue and we had to wait for at least an hour plus! But I must say the wait was worth it as the crabs were really YUMMY! It was really a great dinner.

Just wanna say a BIG Happy Birthday to my dear sister! May you stay pretty always and be happy everyday! I love you lots!

Celebration @ K Garden

September is a month full of birthday celebration. In my branch alone, I have 6 staff celebrating their birthdays in September. On top of it, several of my close friends' birthdays fall in September as well. John was telling me that the reason why people tend to give birth in September is because our parents tend to get their bonus in December, and would always go on holiday with their bonus... and things happen during the holiday. That's why it seems like many of my friends' birthday fall in September. Good analogy isn't it? Haha.

Anyway, we were supposed to go to the J Bar at M hotel last night. However, many of the guys (as usual) are going to be late, thus we got to change the venue to K Garden. One of the birthday boy, Yuanzheng is in fact the first person to arrive. Haha. Oh well, I was late for a valid reason as I was tasked to buy presents and cake for the 2 birthday boys! If not, I would definitely not be late as I hate to be late.

All in all, it was a great gathering! The next one would be to celebrate Tianbao's birthday. I can foresee it to be a CRAZY PARTY!

Just wanna share a pleasant shopping experience with you guys over here. I was shopping for a watch at the 25 hours shop at Compass Point. The salesman was very helpful and he made several good recommendation to me. Being a typical libran, I couldn't decide which watch to buy, but he was patient enough to give me good advice and time to consider. I was really impressed with his good service. Because of his good service, even when he made me wait more than 10mins for the transaction to go through (He's new and thus he's not too familiar with the NETS system), I was not angry at him. And because of him, I would probably go there to buy watch again.

In fact, deep inside me, I tell myself that he would be a good frontline staff for bank. He has the passion, the pride, the professionalism and the proactiveness.

I've GRADUATED

Yeah! My lesson will end officially tomorrow!

This will mean that I will be free on Wednesday and Friday from next week onwards! On the other hand, I think I will miss attending lessons. It's true that it's tiring to attend classes after work, but I truly enjoy each and every lessons. My classmates are a bunch of fun people and I have learnt a lot from this course. =p In fact, I would recommed of you to enrol for this course as it's very interesting and it's a skill which all of us should acquire.

I'm very tired. I guess I should sleep at 10pm tonight...
