A Happy Weekend

On friday, I was on half day leave and I went to Wild Wild Wet with my mum, sis and brother in law! Weather was good. However, it seems like the rides are not as exciting anymore after the trip to Taiwan's water theme park which is much more exciting and fun. Haha. Nevertheless, I think my mum had fun. :)

We had a quick Teppanyaki dinner at Tampines Mall before we went to watch the movie, How to Train your Dragon in 3D! The movie was quite nice. :) Then we went to nanny's place to fetch princess before going home together.

As for yesterday, we went to ZOO! Thanks to JH for getting the zoo pass, we could go to zoo for free! Haha. Princess loves to look at the animals. :) We watched the Splash show and Elephant show then went on to see other animals. By 2pm, we were really tired. As Alan got to rush for work, we left at 2+.

And I went to JH's place. We were so full from morning's MacDonald's breakfast that we don't even feel like eating lunch. But, I had jelly, grass jelly and curry chicken before meeting my sis they all for dinner at Kallang Leisure Park! Dinner was good. :) After dinner, we spent some time at the Arcade, trying to catch the Mickey Mouse. After several attempts, Alan finally managed to catch it!

It's Sunday today... I just went to Marche @ 313 to meet Yuxiu for lunch. It was really great meeting up with her. =p

All in all, it was a beautiful weekend! Life is good when I don't have to work on weekend. Haha.

A happening Sunday

I woke up at 445am on Sunday to go to ECP for Aviva Ironman Singapore - Swim 1.9km, Cycle 90km and Run 21km! It's very exciting to see many participants, getting ready for the event. And there are so many foreigners! It's like an overseas event with only about 400+ Singaporean. I was very excited as I could see my idol, Craig Alexander! He is a world champion and I'm so glad that I could see him in action! He's really fast and when he ran past me, I managed to take a quick shot of him! He was so fast that he was on bike before I could make it to the transition area. Haha. And once again, he's the champion this year! YEAH!

After JH came out from the swim, I went to a nice place to watch the cycling segment. The elite participants are damn fast. It's amazing. :) I had a great time, watching them. The weather was really hot and I think it must be terrible for the participants. All I could do, is to cheer them on.

When JH was done with the cycling segment, I went to the ending point to cheer him on. When he had completed the race, I was so happy for him. :) It's simply amazing. It was a challenging race and he had completed it.

We had some snack at KFC before we took cab home. Then it started to rain when we were on the cab. I guess the rain came at the right time. At least, it did not rain during the event, if not all the participants will suffer.

All in all, I had a tiring but happy Sunday. :)

Busy off days

On Wednesday, I had a relaxing day at home. In the evening, I took train to meet my sis at Pioneer MRT station so that we can drive to East Coast Road together. My brother is treating us to dinner at his restaurant. We had chicken rice, duck, curry fish, fried youtiao, soup and vegetables. Somehow, the chef took quite a long time to prepare the dishes... Bleargh. After dinner, my dad drove me to Yishun for branch dinner. My colleagues left my favourite crab (gong), prawns, fish and shark fins soup for me. :) As mama's birthday was on 16/3, Boss ordered a cake for her too.

After that, Mr Chin drove Dave and me home. I'm so grateful for the ride, if not, I would feel so sian to go home by public transport as it was kinda late.

As for yesterday, I had a busy day, running all around Singapore in the rain. I went to Tampines Mall to meet my cute sister, Yinqiu for lunch. It was great meeting up for her and I'm so happy for her! :) I can see that she's very excited, and to be frank, I'm so excited too! Hehe. After lunch, I went to Compass Point to buy some stuff before going to AMK Central. It was raining heavily when I reached AMK and I was all drenched. Once I had bought all the stuff I needed, I took train to go to Sembawang to get an important letter from my colleague. After getting the letter from Jenny, I went back home to put all the stuff before meeting my sis at Angelsky for facial! I love to go for facial as it's so relaxing.

As you can see, I had a busy day yesterday. As a result, I was so tired when I got home after facial. And fortunately, I finally had a good sleep last night! :)

It's time to go back to work tomorrow!

I am off! Yeah!

I am so glad to be off today! Yeah

For the past 2 weeks, I only have 2 off days and I had been been working for almost every weekend. And now, I'm so glad to be off today. Heehee. In fact, this is quite a short week for me. :) I shall have a good rest and go back to work, feeling energetic all over again!

Also, I am looking forward to an important event this Sunday! Stay tuned for more details and coverage on it! Haha.

P/S: I'm so sad that we got a lousy ballot number for the BTO exercise! Boo Boo!!

A Beautiful Saturday

Early in the morning, Soon Soon, JH and I took cab to ECP for SAFRA Biathlon. The guys were participating the event and I'm the supporter! Luther was there to be their official photographer. :)

It was very exciting to witness the event. I had fun, watching the participants at the transit area to get ready for the run after the swim. In fact, I had so much fun that I didn't find it tiring to be standing in the sun.

All in all, the guys did well for the event! I'm so happy for them! :)

After that, we went to the hawker centre for lunch before we shared cab to go back to CCK.

Around 6+, we left his house for Celene's place for dinner. Celene is very nice to ask her mum and maid to prepare food for us! I love the popiah! :) It was a great catch up session and most importantly, Shixing brought his gf too! I had a great time at Celene's place.

It was definitely a beautiful Saturday spent with my baby and dear friends. =p

I'm so tired!!!!

I'm so tired! It seems like that I have been working everyday from 9-9 everyday in the month of March except 5th of March. It's really tiring. I'm so tired that I would have headache at times. :(And I got to work this hard till mid-March before I can finally have 2 days off. Sigh.

Anyway, I had a great dinner at Sushi Tei with JH on friday! I love Sushi Tei! It was a satisfying dinner! Heehee. After dinner, we took a bus to F1 pit to collect OCBC Cycle's race pack. We wanted to watch a movie, but we couldn't get any tickets and so we decided to eat ice cream. Coincidentally, we meet Alvin and Celene who were having dinner with Eileen at some Thai restaurant. By 9+, I was feeling real tired and hence we went back home.

While you guys are enjoying weekend, I had been working on Sat and Sun... And I'll be working tomorrow too! AH!

Work, work, work and more work...
