Praying for good health for my ah nei
Ah nei was admitted to hospital last Friday. The good news is, she had discharged from hospital and is now currently resting at home. She's feeling better though she doesn't talk much as compared to the past.
I pray every day that she will recover and be in good health always.

Our Krabi-moon trip
We had just came back from a short trip to Krabi! The weather there is all hot and sunny! You see nothing but clear, blue sky! This is my second time to Krabi this year and so for this time round, I am the tour guide for Jianhui's first trip to Krabi!
When we touched down, we took a bus to our hotel - Mercure Krabi Deevana. It seemed like a long trip to our hotel as the bus was moving so slowly and it was quite hot in the bus. If I ever go Krabi again, please remind me to take taxi to the hotel instead of taking the shuttle bus.
After checking in, it's the beginning of our holiday! And I managed to find the same seafood restaurant where my secondary friends and I had a great dinner! Once again, dinner at Aonang Seafood Restaurant was really good, especially with the beautiful seaview. It was definitely a satisfying dinner for us! We walked along the whole stretch before we took the tuktuk back to the hotel to rest.
The next day, we were going for Island Hopping in which they will bring us to different islands and snorkeling. Weather was really good and sea is really beautiful. It's simply a beautiful island.
We had our lunch at Phi Phi Don and I love the fried chicken wings! But then again, I love all fried chicken wings! I also had my favourite Thai Pancake (Chocolate + Banana)! Then it's time for snorkelling!
After 2 times of snorkelling, it's home sweet home! We were exhausted when we were back to the land. I couldn't wait to have a good bath in my comfortable hotel. Then it's time for dinner! This time round, we decided to have dinner at Aree Baba as recommended by my colleague.
And of course, you got to go for massage! We went to The Massage Centre for foot massage. It was so shiok.
As for Friday, we decided to go for ATV in the morning! It was my first time driving an ATV! Initially, I find it quite difficult to drive the ATV as it was just too heavy and big for me. However, after changing ATV with Jianhui, it was easier to drive. I didn't want to get too dirty, so I was not driving very fast. Haha.

Then we went back to our hotel to wash up before going shopping again. Haha. It was super hot in the afternoon. We shopped for a while then we decided to hide in The Massage Centre! I did upper body massage while Jianhui took a short nap outside. Haha.
We had a quick lunch at McD then we went back to our hotel to relax. Then it's dinner time! We went to our favourite Ao Nang Seafood Restuarant for dinner again! It was a good dinner before we took tuktuk to Krabi town.
As usual, Krabi town was really crowded! But to me, there weren't anything to buy actually. Nevertheless, my husband bought me a bag! My first pressie from him after wedding. Haha. We stayed for about 1hr plus then we took the same tuktuk back to the hotel.
Then, it's home sweet home on Saturday.
All in all, it was a great short trip after our wedding as we had been so busy with our wedding preparations that it was a good chance for us to relax.

I'm Mrs Chong
On 11 November 2012, I declare myself as Mrs Chong. =p
Early in the morning, I woke up as early as 3am for the Wedding Race. In fact, I could not sleep the whole night as I was just feeling too excited! Besides, my ah nei had also been switching on the light hourly, so I didn't really sleep and I just woke up at 3am to get ready.
My make up artist, Lily was on time and she started to help me "transform" to a beautiful bride! =p By 5.30am, I had completed my make up and we started to take photos together. My sisters - Celene, Wanlin, Limin, Yuxiu and Yinqiu came too! They started to eat breakfast and of course prepare "breakfast" for the brothers and groom too! The whole house was bustling with activity and I was so excited to wait for them to arrive!
Soon, we can hear the car horning! They had arrived! Meanwhile, I was hiding in my mother's room. It's irritating to hear laughter and noises and not knowing what's happening! Haha. I guess the Jianhui and brothers did relatively well and so the sisters let him in! =p We took a few photos and immediately, we left the house as we were supposed to leave my house by 7am. That explains why I need to wake up so early ya.

And then, Jianhui started to get changed! He's going to cycle from Sengkang to Teck Whye! This is the "final" task for him and che che to complete the story for New Zealand. Throughout the whole trip, I was relaxing inside our wedding car. But, at the same time, I am worried for his safety too.
But my husband is an Ironman, so he completed the ride of 27km easily!
When we reached Teck Whye, we took some photos and threw the flower bouquet. Limin caught it! Haha. Maybe she's getting married soon!
Then we went up for the tea ceremony for Jianhui's family side and ate tang yuan. I'm so happy to eat tang yuan as I am so hungry. I wish I can eat more too!
After that, Jianhui drove our beetle wedding car to Oriental Hotel. When we reached the hotel, all the staff was very friendly and approachable. And I love my bridal suite. I wish I can stay at the bridal suite every year! hahaha.
I changed to my tea dress and I went downstairs for tea ceremony for my family's side.

After tea ceremony, I went up to change to my ROM dress! We get changed very fast and so we went down to wait for our JP. However, our JP was late. Luckily, he came just in time for our wedding solemnization.

After wedding solemnization, I went up to get changed and for 2nd hair styling. And from now, I came to know my great helper of the day from Oriental Hotel Cassandra! She is really a very nice and sweet girl who is always there to help me! =p I feel so lucky to have her!
When I was done, I went down to the hotel lobby and started to mingle with my relatives and friends! I'm so happy that I still have the time to catch up with a lot of them. I wish I could have more time though as there were so many friends that I didn't have the time to chat with them.
When the guests were are seated, Jianhui and I started to get ready for our first march in!

And for this march in, we had Josh and Gwyneth as our flower boy and girl! Both of them are so cute! Haha. When the door was opened, we started marching in and our flower boy and girl refused to walk. Haha. My sis, Ah Seng and Alan tried all means to ask them to walk. Haha. It was great feeling to march in with all our friends cheering for us. =p And I can really see each and every of their faces!
We did the usual cake cutting before we got seated. Wedding lunch officially started! I was so happy to eat the first dish! I guess I must be the most greedy bride. Haha.
After first dish, I went to get changed with Cassandra and Yinqiu. They helped me to get changed and I was all ready for 2nd march in. However, they were still serving second dish so we rested for a while. Cassandra was so nice to help me to get our favourite soup for me! =p And so I was happily eating in the room while waiting for 2nd march in.
After 3rd dish was served, we marched in with our favourite song, At the Beginning! This time round, it was a more casual march in. Our friends threw their blessings at us while we marched in. =p We did the usual Yum Seng and we were so blessed to have so many people cheering so loudly for us.
Then, it's time for Thank you speech. As what I had expected, I cried when Jianhui started his Thank you speech. I couldn't control my emotions, especially when I started to thank my family and friends. I kept on crying and Cassandra gave me tissue to wipe my tears.
After watching the montage, I felt better and tried to cool down to get ready to take photos with every table of relatives and friends. Our friends were quite "friendly' that they did not make us drink a lot. =p
We were done with photo taking and it's time to relax. I'm so happy that I got to eat my favourite dessert. Haha. After dessert, it's time to send the guest home. It's the time that I got to thank each and every of them for coming.
All in all, it was a great wedding with the help of the brothers and sisters and everybody who had helped in a way or so.
Jianhui and I would like to thank all our relatives and friends for attending our wedding lunch yesterday. The day is special because of your presence and blessings. Special thanks to the brothers (Teck Loon, Liewen, David, Soon Soon, Jess & Vivian) and sisters (My sis, Celene, Wanlin, Yuxiu, Yinqiu and Limin) for helping us so much without any complaints! Special thanks to Wanlin and Limin who flew back jsut to attend my wedding. You guys rock! Also thanks Tomy and Shuling for being our spontaneous Emcees! We would also like to thank Lucas from La Belle for being such a good coordinator who ensures that everything is in order. And I must thank Lily, my make up artist for making me so beautiful on my BIG day! Lastly, we must thank Oriental Hotel for such wonderful great experience and service!

Counting down
Just 2 more days to my wedding! I am getting excited and nervous at the same time. But, I guess, I should just relax and be a happy bride on the day! Let's pray for good weather on Sunday ya! =p
After this Sunday, I would be officially moving on the the next phase of my life. I am very happy to be getting married, but I can't help but to feel sad leaving my house too. I will definitely miss ah nei, my parents, my sis and of course my little princess, Gwyneth. Even Gwyneth seems to be sensing that I am moving out as she has been wanting to play with me lately. The good thing is, we are all staying in Singapore so we are still not so far away from one another. :)
And yes, the best thing is, I have not moved most of my stuff from Sengkang to Senja. Moving house is such a headache. I seriously wonder how am I going to move all my clothes and soft toys to Senja? It seems like am impossible mission. Haha. Maybe I should consider moving my clothes on a weekly basis. Idea?
Wedding is just a beginning of the long journey together as husband and wife. Jianhui, I have confidence in you and myself that we will continue this long journey in happiness.
