Our girl is 26 months old!

Happy New Year! It’s already 11th day of 2020! Happy 26th months to Lexuan!

She loves to play flash cards and read books now. Every night, she will ask me to bring our her books for her to read. She has a few favourite books such as the musical book in which the animals play different instrument (she will say lion Deng Deng though it’s a tiger which is playing electric guitar), 老鼠, fish (and she will say the half naked guy on the last page of the book is papa), hamburger and many more. I am so glad that she likes to read as she used to throw away the books whenever I ask her to read. Haha.

She also likes to bathe with me so she will wait for me to be home from work to bathe together. She will enjoy her spa time in bath tub and asks me to massage for her! She will say 按摩按摩! She must have learnt this from her daddy! And now she loves to make milk herself. She will carry the milk tin from the cupboard and climb up the chair at the basin. Then she will slowly scoop the milk powder. I must say she has improved her motor skills so much that in time to come, she can really scoop the milk powder without dirtying the basin.

Recently, we went Dusk for snacks and the manager lent us a magnetic drawing board. She loves to draw on it so much! And so I bought 2 from Qoo10 for her! =p Even I enjoy drawing too! It’s fun! And I think this is good to entertain her on flight. Haha.

Sometimes she really surprises me what she can do. She can carry 4 packets of diapers herself which I myself find it so heavy. And suddenly, she can form IKEA train tracks by herself. 我的女儿真的长大了. When I was sleeping with her on her bed at night, she can put the shapes according to 1 to 12 on the clock by herself while I was sleeping. And when we were at the toys shop one day, she could play the scooter by herself. And now she is tall enough to do slam dunk too.

Oh ya, she loves soft toys just like me! She kop the soft toys my friends gave me such as Pusheen cushion. She also kop my piggy chick which I caught it from the claw machine and her new favourite are 裕鼠鼠和乐鼠鼠!

She can definitely speak better now and seems to understand what we are telling her. We have been going swimming every weekend and so she will say 游泳. She seems to recognise the route to Swimming pool too. She loves to sing baby shark, baa baa black sheep, wheels on the bus and Old MacDonald had a farm, etc. She is really so fun to play with now.

Lexuan, please continue to grow up as a happy girl and stay healthy always! Love you baby!
