Happy 46 months old baby!

She’s just 2 months away to turning four! Yeah! Time just seems to pass faster nowadays (no thanks to Covid-19). 

At times when I nag at her or raise my voice, she will say… “Aey, you cannot like that say” with a frown. It’s just so amusing to see her like that. This girl is so sensitive. Sometimes I just raise my voice and not scolding her yet, she will complain to daddy that mummy scolding her. 🤣 Sometimes if I am playing phone while playing with her at night, she will say mummy cannot Play phone but daddy can play phone. You know why? Because she says I come home so late so cannot play phone must play with her. 

Her favourite songs she likes to play on YouTube are “The floor is lava” and “Simon says”. She will dance to the songs happily. 

We finally brought her to the zoo on 21 August 2021. She’s so happy to see the animals and she kept on asking why is panda. We saw the rhino family of 5 and she even told her teachers about the rhino family. For this zoo outing, we bought her Jubilee giraffe and 2 otters (one otter is meant for my sis but she decided to kop it and refused to give it to my sis). Nowadays she brings her jubilee giraffe (poor unicorn kana relegated) to school. Other than Jubilee giraffe, she likes the small little dog from ah Ma. She will take care of them and cover them with blanket when we sleep. 

My MIL recently bought many storage boxes to keep Lexuan’s toys. For a few days, Lexuan even slept on the storage boxes. Personally I don’t like to sleep on the storage boxes with her as it is very hard and will cause backache. Thereafter, I have been sleeping with her on her bed in the living room while daddy sleeps in the room. Sadly, she has been sleeping late at 11pm. She must have been sleeping a lot in school. 

Her latest toy request is a vending machine from mama shop. After her persistent nagging, daddy finally bought for her. 

For Teacher’s Day, we bought chocolates for the teachers. I thought 10 is enough but end up it is not enough. She will still tell me we didn’t buy enough chocolates that auntie and teacher Muriel didn’t have chocolates. My bad. So I bought some more chocolates next week. Teacher shared with me that in school, she will share with her friends mummy’s favourite food is pizza. So cute! Though my favourite food is not really pizza but she everything also likes to says it’s her favourite. 

On 4 September 2021, Lexuan went for her first movie outing! We went to watch Paw Patrol: The Movie! She’s so excited even before we bought the tickets. And the best part is, the ticket is 1 for 1 and the cinema hall is empty! We basically “booked” the whole cinema hall! Haha. As Lexuan is not vaccinated, we cannot buy popcorn to eat. Lexuan is quite disappointed as she wanted to eat popcorn and I am hungry too. Oh well. When we stepped into the cinema hall, it was pitch dark and she was a bit scared. She started asking for daddy. So I told her daddy went to to buy popcorn. After a while, she got used to it and was enjoying herself. She’s a big fan of Paw Patrol so I think it’s a good first movie experience for her! Even I enjoyed the cute movie too! The pups are just so cute! I also love the movie song, “Good mood” by Adam Levine. 

To celebrate her 46 months old, we also went for staycation at Park Royal collection Marina Bay! It’s a new hotel and we love it especially there is a soft bed for Lexuan. It’s like her mini bedroom. She had a good sleep sleeping at the soft bed and I’m so glad that she slept early at 9pm+.
