Happy 7 years and 1 month to 7 years and 3 months (11/12 to 11/2)

So she got $400 from ah gong and ah ma for her birthday. and she says she wants to use $400 to exchange for Teck Whye. So smart of her. Haha. 

She got 最有进步奖 for 华文! Not bad! Haha. I brought her to my office for kids event and she’s very happy to play with my colleagues. She played Felicia’s Roblox on her iPad. She had fun and told me she had a nice day at work. Haha. She wants to come to my office again. 

She did her first medicure, thanks to Xin Er for bringing her to far east nail salon. 

She told us she wanted to stay with us next time. Her house is for emergency use. Ah ma helps us to do things, so next time I have to do things for her too. 

Like every other kids, her favourite song now is APT by Bruno mars and Rose. She came to my office again on 29 November. She even bought candies for my colleagues - because she wants to make them happy. She also told me she wants to be a nice boss next time. Haha. 

We brought her to her favourite Jumptopia. It was fun for her. She caught dinosaur 2nd try and we spent a lot of money to catch the blue carebear. 

Then we went for family trip to Taiwan. It’s her first trip without daddy and she was crying on our way to airport. She missed her daddy and needs to call him 3 times a day. She loves to hang out with gong gong, popo, ah yi, yi Zhan and biao jie. Because her daddy not around, she wants to sit with biao Jie and me. She also helped with luggage. She enjoyed our in room party at night. 

She loves Taiwan and want to go back again. 

Then we went to Perth. She complained the long ride but love the place as well. I must say it was a well spent December. 

She went to Calista house on 20 Dec. She was so happy and she played until 1pm+. 

She is now bigger and so she started to use the normal size pillow. But she told me we cannot throw away her favourite pink bear bear pillow in senja. 

Overall, she saved $125 and we deposited into her account together. 

We also went to the Carnival at shaw house. She actually won a big prize, pink big brick bear, flower, pink bbt. She’s lucky. 

It was a great school holidays. 

And then it’s back to reality on 3 January. She still can wear her uniform but it is much shorter. And the belt is quite tight too. The night before school, she doesn’t want to go to school. She was crying and so I told her that there is no point to cry. She told me I got to say nice things to encourage her (pet talk). Haha. 

Being P2, she helps the P1 kid to buy food. Suddenly I feel that she has grown up. She started to have a lot more homework though. 

She loves NKP Siew mai. 

She brought me to her school bus friend, Kayle’s mummy shop selling Chinese new year decoration which is near our house.

She had fun playing there. So she looks forward to go there to play with her. She learnt to buy BBT and cheese sticks. 

We went to Felicia house and she made bracelets for herself and friends - 3 bracelets. She enjoyed herself at Felicia’s house. 

She told me she lend her friend money $1.20 + $0.90 (with the spare money I hid for her in case she forgot to bring her wallet). I am so proud she knows to help her friend. 

This year Chinese new year, she was happily collecting red packets and will count her money now. She likes the salmon on yusheng and of course the crackers. 

Then she got very sick. She had fever, headache, sore throat and rashes. We went to see PD and doctor diagnosed it as scarlet fever. The damage is SGd200. At least she doesn’t have to do blood test for dengue fever. After that, I fell very sick as she got better. Her skin started peeling as she got better. 

Then we went HK. It was a good trip with my parents. She spent time playing with them too. When we touched down Singapore, she vomitted on the plane. It was so bad that we had to bring her to see Dr Tan. There were many patients so we waited until 9.15pm. 2nd last patient. Luckily, the medicine worked and she stopped vomitting after one massive one at home. Thereafter she started to have diarrhoea. 

After she got better, I got sick. I started vomitting. Seems like I got stomach flu from her. I was super sick until I lost weight. She finally got back to school and there’s so much home work to catch up. It’s tough to be a student in Singapore. 

She started to wear short sleeves shirt and shirts to sleep because she says wanna be like me. So cute right? Hope that she stays healthy and happy!
